Mindful Movement: 2000,& GR8-teen (say it out loud)

Doesn’t the title just suit so well? Mindful Movement stems around the proven and positive belief of taking the time to do the inner work. the year is as great as you’ll make it. I encourage you to take a fresh sheet of paper today, be it in your journal, be it a scrap piece of paper…. just draw / write / narrate (whatever works best for you)…. go out and create that picture. How are you going to make it — 2000,& GR8-teen!?

From there, keep referring back, keep taking small, but crucial daily steps so that you’re painting that picture, one day at a time. Have fun creating!
